My favourites smoothies

Smoothies are the best way to supply a lot of vitamins and nutrition. There are millions of options but remember: the best smoothies contains fruits and necessarily vegetables (there is a lot of fiber and a smaller amount of sugars).

Below three recipes for my favourite smoothies :)

Beetroot smoothie

A beetroot is very healthy. It contains folic acid, vitamin C, iron and magnesium. I add an apple and few small carrots (carotene influences for our sight for example). This smoothie is very sweet and healthy.

Ingredients:

1 beetroot (you can delicately cook or roast it before making the smoothie)

2 small carrots

1 glass of orange juice

1 apple

some water

We blend all ingredients and drink slowly.

Cucumber and peppermint smoothie

It is the best smoothie for the summer! Cucumber contains a lot of water and hydrates our organism very good. Both with peppermint give us a refreshing taste.

Ingredients:

about 3 free long cucumbers

lemon or lime juice (form ½ lemon)

1 glass of peppermint’s leaves

1 spoon of honey (eventually)

Blend all ingredients. You can also decorate your smoothie by a few peppermint’s leaves.

Tomato smoothie

It has very... specific taste but I love it. Tomato contains a lot of vitamin C, potassium and magnesium.

Ingredients:

3 tomatoes

2 celeries (green part)

salt, pepper and chili

Peel tomatoes and then blend all ingredients. Add spices.
